Terms & Conditions Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your service, we can’t offer you a full refund or re-service.


Window Cleaning Service Contract


This AGREEMENT establishes the terms and conditions for The Window Cleaning Guys cleaning services.


1. Term of Agreement. This Agreement begins on date of service and continues in full effect thereafter until completion and payment for the work described below, unless mutually terminated earlier by the Customer and The Window Cleaner Guys. The Window Cleaner Guys agrees to perform the service as specified to completion within agreed timeframe.


2. Services to Be Performed.

The Window Cleaner Guys will clean specified areas based on services requested.

Service is limited to cleaning with specified equipment and chemicals; The Window Cleaner Guys will not be held responsible for removal of hard water staining, adhesives, concrete, caulk, paint, or similar debris without mutually agreed upon upcharges and a signed release of liability for such performance as tasks such as acid treatments and use of razor blades carry an uncommon but possible risk of damage to glass and sills.

Upon completion of services, The Window Cleaner Guys will request that Customer inspect the work performed on Premises. If Customer discovers streaks, spots, or neglected panes, The Window Cleaner Guys will perform corrective cleaning of specified panes unless released from doing so as specified in Section 3.


3. Reserved right to refuse. The Window Cleaner Guys reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any window panes that are blocked by vehicles, construction equipment, crowds, or event materials, affected by concrete splatter or tempered glass imperfections, or any windows that are generally damaged, unsafe, or impractical to perform cleaning upon. Customer accepts that no adjustment in price of contracted service will be made in such cases.


4. Materials and Supplies. The Window Cleaner Guys will provide all materials and equipment necessary to perform the services described in Section 2 of this agreement, with the sole exception of water, which the Customer will provide on the Premises.


6. Supervision; Access to Premises. By acknowledging this Agreement, you represent to The Window Cleaner Guys that you have the right to allow The Window Cleaner Guys onto the Premises, and that you allow them access to the Premises in order to perform the services.


7. Compensation. Will be made within 30 days of services rendered. Late fees will be assigned on payments made past 300 days. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.


8. Compliance with Applicable Statutes, Ordinances, and Regulations. In performing the services required of it under this agreement, The Window Cleaner Guys shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and city statutes, ordinances, and regulations.


9. Insurance. The Window Cleaner Guys, at its own cost and expense, shall procure and maintain throughout the term of this agreement a general liability insurance policy.


10. Excusable Delays and Failures. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in its performance under this contract caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the party, including, but not limited to, terrorism, war, riots, labor strikes, interruption of utility services, fires, floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters. The Window Cleaner Guys will also inform you if there are circumstances which may affect the performance of services, including pre-existing damage to the Premises, special conditions preventing cleaning of the Premises, or other complications.


11. Miscellaneous. This contract supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties with respect to the subject of this contract. This contract contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject of this contract, and each party acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements have been made by or on behalf of any party except the covenants and agreements embodied in this contract. Any agreement, statement, or promise not contained in this contract shall not be valid or binding between the parties with respect to the subject of this contract, except for a subsequent written modification signed by the party to be charged. This contract may be amended or modified at any time with respect to any provision by a written instrument executed byThe Window Cleaner Guys and Customer. Neither party may assign or transfer this agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other party. This agreement shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, each party’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri.
